The Build The House® non-profit is a progressive health & wellness organization that focuses on both adults and children, utilizing various tools and programs as guides to better lifestyle choices. Unique programs have been developed with the similar goals and objectives in mind; to create a blueprint for a healthier and happier lifestyle from the ground up.

Build The House® for adults is an extension of “Stay Sane Now”, the book written by the wellness expert Claudine Struck, who educates and simplifies the ways for individuals, primarily women, to attain a balance of mind, body & spirit. She has assembled a group of best in class expert health professionals. These professionals provide a culmination of many years of knowledge in healing and self improvement, with everyone from John Malinchak author of Chicken Soup for the Soul to Dr. Robert Holden, renowned psychologist and International author. They have offered for free their expertise in a 21 day adventure to prove the success of their guidance. They provide strategies to overcome everyday challenges by daily reaffirmations that are broken down over three weeks: Week 1: topics for the mind, Week 2: instruction for the body, and Week 3: tools for the spirit.
