Action JournalMy day started out well, the weather was better than normal
this time of year when I was walking to the train, but it
went down hill somewhat quickly. The proposal I wrote for
over three hours was mailed without my signature, and
Sophia implied it was my fault that I didn’t give her the
correct instructions. Err.
Lunch was fun. We all went to the Asian Buffet on 5th and
22nd and we all ate healthy except for John, he insists on
grease, but it’s always refreshing to walk and get out of the
office.
The afternoon went smoothly but busy in regards to work,
and then after work I went to the gym for my European
workout: Sauna & cold shower.
We ate whole grain pasta and red sauce for dinner with a
salad and a glass of red wine. Read the papers and watched
shows afterwards. I know I’m not there yet- working at it.
Tomorrow: An actual workout at the gym, and a little more
strict when others make mistakes that are in print. Breathe
early morning to start.
